Carl Fudge
Carl is a psychologist, MBA, and designer who has spent his career at the intersection of business strategy and narrative. He started at McKinsey, built a venture studio at IDEO, and led strategy at a Series A startup before founding Presentation Mode. He splits his time between coasts, tends to his garden, and won't stop talking about his kitten, Zoubi.
Ann Pichestapong
Ann is the intellectual workhorse who dives headfirst into the gnarliest details of even the most technical companies and always finds the signal. She honed her instincts at BCG and across early-stage startups, then moved to San Francisco, where she somehow mothers three kids, the PM team, and every client who needs her. The kind of person a team cannot function without.
Aranxza Lopez
Presentation Mode's first hire and its creative beating heart. Aranxza trained at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design and brings boundless creativity, sharp strategic instincts, and a rare ability to make stories and brands come alive visually. She is also the proud mother of Ziggy, her dog, her son, her muse.
Connie Oh
Connie is a designer's designer: rigorous in process, exceptional in execution, and somehow still the person who brings sparkle to every project. She moved to Sweden for grad school and never left, working across time zones without missing a beat. Her daughter Amelia is a frequent contributor to Zoom calls, often accurately pointing out how unnecessary they are.
Molly Anne Coogan
Molly prepares leaders to go into battle. A communications coach, TV writer, and actor with credits at Fox, NBC, and The Geffen, she understands both the power of story and the power of performance. She is often the final flourish on a project, giving clients a jolt of confidence right before they step into the room.
Kayla Velocci
Kayla is a Philadelphia-based designer and art director who pushes boundaries, takes risks, and brings a distinct point of view to every project. Known for her dad jokes and niche cultural references as much as her craft, she is funny, irreverent, and allergic to safe choices, the kind of designer who makes the work better and the process more fun.
Naizel Lacap
The machine behind the machine. Naizel runs biz ops, BD, accounting, and project management with a brain like a sponge and a pace that puts AI to shame. She keeps Presentation Mode humming and somehow always finds a new skill to add to the stack.
Martina Curi
Martina thinks in strategy but leads with humanity. She started as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch, moved through private equity, and came back from maternity leave as Presentation Mode's finance lead. She runs FP&A without ever losing sight of the people behind the numbers, and jumps into client work whenever the moment calls.
